- Sandra McCracken, In Feast or Fallow
Here are a few photos I took of Bethie this weekend. Sixteen! Man. She's growing up. Isn't she beautiful?

And, these two are from the party...the first one might possibly be one of my favorite pictures of all time! It just describes Bethie so well, somehow :)

And finally, these next pictures are from Fiesta Texas. They pretty much speak for themselves.

I seriously can't get over that last picture. It's so tight! This, of course, is on the bridge where you get the intense splash from "PowerSurge". I found a dry corner, and thankfully captured this. Just look at Blake! It SO describes how he takes on life. It's AWESOME! Notice how Daddy, Beth, Coulter, and Grandma all got taken back by the wave. Poor Grandma got tricked by Coulter :).
The Aftermath:

And then this series is just hilarious, because with each one you see the anticipation/fear/excitement intensifying in their facial expressions...

Blake is so ready :)
BAM!
Notice Blake, still standing strong :)
The only one left. As a "weise" (ha, ha, ha!) friend once said, "That cat is a balla!".
Goodnight.

The pictures are beautiful! You did such a wonderful job! Doesn't it feel crazy to have your sister grow up? I feel like my baby sister should still be in elementary school! Miss and love you!
Oh my gosh I love every picture in the post!! Bethany is so beautiful, and you're right, the "classic" one of her is so funny, as well as are the splash pics. I just love Blake's arms up in the air while everyone else is cowering/recouping. haha!

ah! your pictures are so much fun!
i LOVE the ones you took of Bethany. she is indeed growing up! :Z im not sure i like that idea.
